Manufacturing Facilities
We maintain high accuracy, productivity and reliability of performance. Our mandrels are suitable for mass production with high quality. We also manufacture cutting fixtures as well as printing jigs for the cutting and printing work on the rubber hoses.
The mandrels are basically manufactured in two different styles :-

• Cut to length type : Cutting of hose is to be done manually which increases production time and hence affects production
• Cap to length type : Mandrels are supplied with capping at both the ends to eliminate cutting time for hoses which helps in increasing production
